Our products are sold exclusively to approved wholesale customers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business entity, reseller, or commercial grower purchasing for resale or commercial use, and hold a current ABN/ACN.

Registration

To place orders, you may be required to register for a wholesale account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Minimum order quantities may apply.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are exclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Payment terms for new customers are COD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfers only.
Late payments may incur a fee and/or suspension of future orders.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available to approved areas and is subject to a delivery schedule.
Freight or delivery charges may apply.
Risk passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery of goods.
Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not generally accepted.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We may, at our discretion, offer a credit or replacement.

Product Quality and Warranty

We take great care to provide healthy, quality plants.
However, due to environmental conditions beyond our control, we do not guarantee performance after delivery.
No warranty is given for the suitability of plants for specific conditions or uses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the goods supplied.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Forest Blooms and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
